Visa

Important information about visa

A visa application takes a large amount of time, mostly due to the long waiting time before an appointment at the embassy can be made. After the appointment it may again take several weeks before you will actually receive your visa. Therefore it is very important that you start to arrange your visa as soon as possible. We advise you to get in touch with the embassy as soon as you receive the confirmation for participation at the 10th World Conference for People who Stutter 2013.

Visitors

If you wish to attend the WC 2013 as a visitor, we will send you an information letter about the Conference. You may use this letter to inform your embassy about WC 2013 and your journey to Lunteren.
To receive this letter it's neccecarry to submit all required date in the field on the form below.
We can only sent you this email if your register before 1st of April 2013.
