The venue

The venue we selected to be perfect for this congress is situated in the exact centre of the Netherlands in a town called 'Lunteren', reachable by train in 1¼ hours from Amsterdam Airport. Other international airports like Eindhoven and Düsseldorf Weeze are at a distance of 70 km.
This location is close to the countries biggest National Park and the famous city of Arnhem and is surrounded by nature which people can explore by train, bus or bicycle.

The venue has a maximum capacity of 600 people, providing several conference rooms and hotel facilities. In the direct area there are more hotel facilities available for every budget. From camping and youth hostels to high-class hotels.

Taking into account previous congresses, we are expecting about 300 to 350 participants for the congress. In addition to this, there would be room to receive about 100 people each day who only attend the congress on a daily basis.
