Before registering for to congress, pay attention to the following items.

Registration Fees:

Full congress registration (also student/SLP) includes:

• Welcome reception Sunday evening
• Congress material including programme
• Access to all sessions, including filmfestival
• Coffee, tea and refreshments during breaks
• Lunch all days
• Half-day excursion Tuesday afternoon
• Certificate of Attendance
• Closing drinks Thursday afternoon

Extra for SLP's

On Tuesday, there will be a special program full-day program organised for therapists and student therapists. This program will be led by David Shapiro and Jan Bouwen. More information about this special program can be found on this page.
Normal participants are welcome to be present at this day, but will then miss the social activity.

Accompanying person fee includes:

• Welcome reception Sunday evening
• Half-day excursion Tuesday afternoon
• Closing reception Thursday afternoon

Daily fee includes:

• Access to all sessions during registered day
• Congress material including programme
• Lunch
• When applicable: half-day excursion or closing drinks

PLEASE NOTE: THE CONGRESS-CENTRE HAS A RESTAURANT, BUT RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. A SIMPLE HEALTHY 3-COURSE BUFFETDINNER WILL BE SERVED, DRINKS NOT INCLUDED

Hotel arrangements at congress centre ‘De Werelt’

These arrangements can only be made during registration

Please note: If you are sharing a room, only one person will make a reservation for this room! This way one person will pay € 110,- per night per room. Sharing the costs of the room should be arranged individually. The organisation will not arrange room-partners. You will be able to share a room with somebody, you can get in contact with others to find a roommate at our meetingpoint.

Cancellation of Congress Registration


The Registration Secretariat, Smink & Co/Marvel, must receive written notification of cancellation and refund requests.

In case of cancellation before or on April 1, 2013, the registration fee less an administration fee of € 35,- will be refunded

If your cancellation is made between April 2 and May 31, 2013, a refund of 50% of the total fee will be made, minus the administration fee of € 35,-.

As of 1 June 2013, the registration will not be refunded.
 
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
